Buddhist Wisdom

Buddhist Wisdom

Here are some of the more interesting teachings of Buddhism.   Going far beyond the mediocrity of ordinary Buddhist religion, with its empty rituals and submissive hero-worshipping, these teachings focus almost exclusively on direct realization of Ultimate Reality.   There is no beating around the bush here.   These sages like to point directly to the nature of Reality in every statement they make and with as much clarity as possible.   They also have a bit of personality to them, which I like.  They clearly speak from their own authority and wisdom, and don't just simply mimic those who have gone before them.
